Vilnius International Rotaract Club (VIRACT) consists of 18 members. All members are active, enthusiastic young leaders who have various experiences of living abroad. We work effectively, efficiently and creatively while developing several long-term projects. Our strength - professional and responsible attitude to what we do and, what is more important, sincere and close friendship shared by VIRACT members.
This project is one of the main and most important priorities of VIRACT. We aim to support oncological patients and their relatives by organizing seminars on what is oncological pain and how to deal with it.
Project aims to preserve the memory of the former national currency of Lithuania – litas. The souvenir – bubble filled up with shredded litas, has become a traditional Christmas gift, and the money collected are used to finance social projects “Pain Clinics” and “My First Schoolbag”.
This campaign’s goal is associated with a proper farewell of our national currency as well as with helping young Lithuanian artists to be seen and recognized everywhere, not only among colleagues.
The goal of this initiative is to strengthen Rotary family. This is a three-course dinner organized twice a year which takes place in three different places. It is about meeting new people, tasting delicious food and having good time surrounded by members of Rotary family and their relatives.
Happily Ever After
The goal of the project is to cherish family values, relationship and mutual respect between each other. Currently, the video is being shot with senior couples sharing their experience about family strengths and bonds, happiness and weakness which were faced on the road of creating the beautiful family. Moreover, the project seeks to inspire young people to follow by example, respect each other and foster relationship as well as be encouraged to talk freely about love.
